Changes and returned products and refunds

The Client must exercise his/her right to a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery to the Client or to a third party.

In order to exercise his/her right to a refund, the Client must contact the customer service by means of a “Returned Order” form. Once the Client has sent the form and obtained a refund reference number, they must contact the company that collects the product (UPS/Fedex/DHL) and stick the printed refund label onto the parcel.

MONTEVENETO will accept the returned product provided that it is returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the Client received the product(s), and in compliance with the following conditions:

All products must be returned together with the packing list.

At the time of being returned, all products must bear the original labels and other security devices.

All products bought on must be returned in their original packaging (boxes, accessories, brochures, etc.), to the following address:

All damaged goods returned must be in the same condition in which they were received by the Client, and in no case must the Client attempt to modify, manipulate or repair them.

No products returned by the client must be damaged, washed or used, although they may be manipulated and inspected in order to determine their nature and their technical or image-related characteristics.

MONTEVENETO reserves the right to reject damaged, incomplete, deteriorated and/or dirty products, or products in any state indicating that they have been used, or products that have been returned after the above mentioned date, or those missing the Returned Order form.

MONTEVENETO also reserves the right to demand compensation for any kind of damage caused due to wilful misconduct or negligence by the Client on returning the product(s). MONTEVENETO will not be liable for products lost or stolen beyond our control, for products retuned to the wrong address, or for delays beyond our control in shipment of returned products, and it is understood that the Client accepts all risks involved on returning any product. The Client is also responsible for providing a returned product receipt if requested.

If the returned order is accepted, the Client will be reimbursed for all payments made to MONTEVENETO, in accordance with the method of payment chosen for the purchase, and for the product returned, including shipping costs. Reimbursement of the amount paid will be made within a maximum of 5 days since the product was received and after the reimbursement has been approved by MONTEVENETO. Furthermore, in accordance with the regulations in force, the legal right to withdrawal will not be applicable to orders relating to the provision of goods made according to the Client’s specifications, or those that have clearly been customised, or products that have been sealed and can not be returned for reasons of health or hygiene and which have been opened after delivery.

MONTEVENETO will refund these amounts by the same method of payment after receiving the product in perfect condition or when the Client has demonstrated that the product has been correctly returned to MONTEVENETO. Reimbursements will be made to the account associated with the credit card that the Client used to make the payment, or by PayPal. The aforementioned reimbursements will not involve any cost to the Client.

With the exclusion of any case of negligence or wilful misconduct, MONTEVENETO will be responsible to the Client for any indirect damages caused to him/her resulting from the purchase of the products on sale on our Site.

In the event of (a) defective product(s), MONTEVENETO will, as appropriate, replace or repair it (them) or terminate the contract, and there will be no administrative costs to the Client and user. MONTEVENETO will be responsible for any cases of nonconformity notified within two years from the delivery of the product. The consumer and user must notify MONTEVENETO of his/her nonconformity within a period of two months since becoming aware of it.

Returns free of charge

You can return the product purchased within 14 days of delivery and you can use the pre-paid label included in the parcel; if this were not available, you can send an e-mail to, attaching the packing list reference number.

All articles must bear the original MONTEVENETO packaging.

Products that have been customised with coats of arms, initials or any other kind of customisation, will not be applicable for reimbursement.

Exchanges in Shops

Exchanges cannot be made in MONTEVENETO wholesale shops, shopping centres or franchises.

Cancelling my order

We are sorry, but once you have confirmed an order, this is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled. You can return the product(s) following the indications of our Returned Product Policy.

Returned Order Form

All products can be returned within 14 days from the date the order was made.

Before returning your product, you must ensure that the article(s) is (are) in the same condition as when you received it (them), with the original stamps, labels and packaging.
We reserve the right to reject returned orders notified or shipped outside the established deadline, or products that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
